Ravnish Bhalla
CEO
As Technossus founder and CEO, Ravnish’s vision and drive
are responsible for creating a culture of excellence and a passion for technology.
He has over 17 years of software engineering experience architecting solutions,
leading teams and of course writing code. Ravnish has led Technossus into being
an industry-respected software solutions company that develops enterprise-scale
applications and immersive user experiences across a wide range of industries and
verticals. As Technossus continues to grow, Ravnish’s focus is on identifying emerging
technologies and exploring new opportunities for our expansion.
Ravnish has fostered a company culture that promotes every individual’s growth both
personally and professionally within the company. His “People First” approach has
led to dedicated individuals and teams that take ownership and deliver value by
providing quality and consistency in our service to our customers and maximizes
their ROI.
Giri Kalluri
Chief Operating Officer
Giri is a Principal Partner and Chief Operating Officer
of the company. Giri has spent over 11 years at various leading software-consulting
firms. In these roles, he developed a proven track record of building and managing
profitable teams. His vast experience with Microsoft solutions and products coupled
with his design, deployment and implementation skills gives the strength necessary
to succeed in the software industry. Giri earned his Bachelor of Technology in Computer
Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad,
AP, India
Kevin Castle
Chief Technology Officer
Kevin is a Principal Partner and the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Kevin
has spent over 8 years leading large distributed software teams building SOA based
applications for enterprise solutions. His expertise lies in Application Lifecycle
Management (ALM), Application Design, Architecture, Enterprise SOA Systems, TFS,
and Code Quality. His experience engaging clients in various complex domains, while
leading large projects has provided Technossus the ability to maintain its track
record of 100% success record on all of its software projects.
Kevin received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Artificial
Intelligence from San Diego State University. He later graduated with his Master
Degree in Software Engineering from Cal State University of Fullerton. He currently
holds MCTS and MCPD certifications in .NET 4 in Web Applications, Windows Communication
Foundation, and Data Access.
Bob Stavrou
VP of Business Development
Bob has more than fifteen years of IT leadership experience within the Healthcare
sector and most recently within the on-line health, wellness, and medical records
sector. He is a subject matter expert in the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory field,
guiding highly skilled, cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch
of leading-edge technology solutions and processes, including on-line collaborative
oncology and pathology systems.
Over the years, Bob has held many executive positions, most recently with Word and
Brown as Sr. Vice President, Aperture Health as CIO, and has served as Vice President
for both US Labs, and Specialty Laboratories. He has also served in a long term
consulting capacity for Clarient, Quest, Genzyme, Neogenomics, Genoptics, and Alphagen.
Stephen Rotondi
VP of Strategic Initiatives
As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Stephen's responsibilities include developing
plans for new products and revenue growth, improving current products and processes,
providing innovative thinking that challenges the status quo, and working with senior
leadership and various teams to execute on these plans. He also continues to enjoy
architecting solutions, with SharePoint solutions being one of his specialties.
Stephen's 20+ year software industry career includes leadership, development, technical
and analytical roles in every area of the software development lifecycle at a variety
of companies including major corporations like TRW, AOL Time Warner, PacifiCare
and Experian.
Stephen graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vanguard University of Southern California
with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems. Earlier undergraduate
work included a Jazz Performance major (guitar) with a minor in honors English.
Tim Metzger
Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, Tim is responsible for managing clients
and expanding into new markets. These tasks include pricing and engagement models
for all new projects.
Prior to joining Technossus he was the regional sales manager for Mako Equipment.
He managed the Western region sales and finance team that was responsible for over
10 million a year in revenue. Earlier in his career Tim worked for Morgan Stanley
as a financial advisor. Tim graduated with a bachelor of arts in Economics from
Fresno State where he also played college soccer. Tim also holds a private pilots
license and several Microsoft sales professional certificates.
