Company Philosophy
  • Technossus looks to partner with companies rather than engage for the short-term projects. Technossus' value proposition helps companies to become part of the development process versus the unknown in so many projects. Technossus works with Microsoft adapted IT departments looking to expand their delivery capabilities to their business units.
  • Through the use of TFS2010 Technossus can become completely transparent on all projects and tasks that are being completed. Not only will the engaging company have a universal source location but know exactly what tasks are being completed to aid any changes in the requirements.
  • With the use of a proprietary program called WeScrum Technossus utilizes the SCRUM concept within a social media website to let everyone on the team know any issues someone might have. This streamlines communications with not only the customer but also the offshore team working on the project.
  • Technossus brings in a high velocity team the day they step into the engaging company. Having most developers MCPD/MCTS certified the developers are experienced in working with the newest technologies Microsoft has to offer and are considered the forefront in their fields. Through the expertise of developers; companies have the ability to venture to unfamiliar technologies like mobile development (iPhone, Android, HTML5), web development (MVC, Razor View Engine, WCF, & REST), high volume traffic systems (Arch, Design, Deployment, Configuration), and testing (Automation, Load Testing, Scripted Testing, Build Integration, Automated Metrics Reporting).
  • Project Cost - Technossus leverages TFS2010 to track User Story Estimations and Sprint Task Estimations. We typically see an accuracy of +/- 7.5% of our original estimations for our onshore and offshore team members on our projects. Accuracy of estimations and metrics reporting we can help with from the TFS data warehouse
    • ​Project costs can also be estimated by calculating early estimations and burn down charts for the overall project.
  • Project Delivery - Technosus designates a Chief Architect or Engagement Manager to your projects to ensure project delivery. Typically an engagement with Technossus starts out with onsite time (at no billable cost to the organization) of a Chief Architect for up to 20 hours for free. The goal of this is to work alongside our engagement sponsor and to learn the processes, projects, technologies leveraged, enterprise architecture, and hopefully jump into value added (usually at no cost throughout) and will pick and choose the best team based upon his research and involvement in the early time spent with your company.
  • Commitment - Our clients become premier partners with Technossus. We value our customers and treat them the same big or small. We aim to look for a client where we can have a lasting engagement with them. We are not about simply maximizing project profits but instead we working with our customers to maximize the success of IT departments. This is because we know that will ultimately provide more value as a partnered company. Every engagement is given a sales rep along with a technical rep as contacts for any questions, concerns, or general needs.
