WeScrum is a tool
that is used to keep track of what people are doing in an organization. WeScrum
is based on a well defined outsource model. The scope of this application is to
provide a centralized system where any organization or service provider can keep
track on the progress of their projects and team.
This system provides following facilities:
- Manage the projects
- Manage the team involved in the project
- Association of team with projects
- Association of team members with each other
- Project progress tracking
Scrum related sites are more useful for the organizations where most of the projects
are handled in a team manner. Using this application team members can interact with
each other in an efficient manner and this will ultimately lead to an overall enhancement
in the productivity of the organization.
Here team members are just required to answer three questions:
What they are going
to do today?, What they did on the previous day? And
is there any issue during
the work? By knowing the answers of these three questions all team members
can track what other team-members are doing. And if any of the members have any
issue then other team members can easily come to know about that issue and can help
to resolve that. In this manner it will be very easy to check the project progress,
to solve the issues when it will be shared, to know which team member is doing what
task and hence can also check for particular employee’s progress in the team. This
helps in saving time and energy and leads to efficiency in the performance.
The following are the tasks performed by this application:
- Maintaining daily status of each employee
- Maintaining Profile Information of each employe
- Maintaining details of each team-member
- Allows each user to maintain his team-members using follow unfollow section
- Allows user to resolve issues posted by other team-members
- Allows user to post comments for each issues posted by other team-members
- Allows user to create tags of important word so that he can easily get entries related
to that particular tag
