SpaceX needed a technology strategy that would include only proprietary technology developed by Technossus or internal teams to handle unique projects through internal, external, or hybrid developments. Technossus partnered with the world’s leading private aerospace manufacturer to collaborate on technology strategy, construct decision frameworks, and provide resources to build long-term trust and efficiency in their custom software application development roadmap. The goal was to assist SpaceX in developing a long-term, proprietary technology strategy while identifying the best methodologies to develop each new project.
