A leading U.S. healthcare company prepared to embark on a multi-million dollar software development project that would create a unified digital experience for patients who interacted with their network. The goal of this project, was to increase overall operating efficiency while simultaneously improving patient experience. Technossus determined the high-level requirements that would impact the various systems in the integration process, and then created, validated, and documented a working reference architecture which included:

  • A cloud-based infrastructure that seamlessly integrated the various enterprise systems
  • A security infrastructure that ensured that every transaction was performed securely and all confidential information was encrypted
  • Operational versions of Sitecore, Microsoft CRM Dynamics
  • A web service platform that would handle a high-volume of data, allowing thousands of employees and patients to securely and reliably access the system

Technossus dramatically lowered the risk involved in undertaking an immense, enterprise-wide software project by building a working model of the final system.
