While studying trends in the consumer financial market, the Technossus team identified a growing gap in how consumers managed recurring subscription payments. Without a centralized subscription management tool, consumers had to manage each subscription separately across different websites and providers. This made it difficult to track spending, cancel unused services, update payment methods, or identify suspicious account activity.

The challenge was not only to build a FinTech application quickly, but to define a new consumer product concept, validate the customer need, design the experience, integrate with external services, and produce a working prototype in less than 24 hours.
SOLUTIONS
Technossus rapidly designed and developed a web platform and application that allowed consumers to manage recurring monthly subscriptions from a single interface.

The application made onboarding simple. A consumer only needed to give the application permission to access their bank records, after which the system could automatically detect recurring subscription payments and add them to the application.

Users could then view a consolidated monthly budget for subscriptions, analyze payments by category, manage individual services, update payment methods, and discover new subscription services through an integrated marketplace.
